Reverse the cop car into the far left gap until you get a 6 star wanted level. There will be cops there behind some road blocks & gaps in between the blocks. Go to the bridge on the far left of the map, that links the islands together. (now your save file will have all the above ready for re-trying if you fail to survive the 5 minutes on a 6 star wanted level). Now get some health, an assault rifle or smg, some grenades, & armor. To do this method, you need to have unlocked South Bohan (top right of map), but not the far left area of the map (you need it to be roadblocked to get a 6 star wanted level quickly & easily).
